UCSB Summer Sessions begin


The UCSB Office of Summer Sessions has just launched its 2015 cultural and enrichment events open to the campus and surrounding community.

“The Office of Summer Sessions is proud to provide support for a wide variety of events such as the Summer Film Series shown both at Campbell Hall and in the Sunken Garden at the Santa Barbara Courthouse, screenings of the work of environmental documentary films produced both by students in the Blue Horizons Environmental Media Project and world renowned documentarians, as well as a variety of plays, dance and musical concerts.”

The summer offerings kicked off with”GRIT Talks“, a lecture series on GRITGroundbreaking Research and Innovative Technology (GRIT).  The free lectures are Monday and Wednesday evenings at 5pm UCSB Hatlen Theater/ 7pm UCSB Pollock Theater (July 13 & 15)  from June 30 – July 22.
