Bren Yoga: Tuesdays at 8 am

Bren Yoga will be held weekly on Tuesdays from 8 – 9 am. Location will vary between Decker’s Deck or the Dean’s Conference Room depending on the weather. 

Snacks and refreshments are served after every yoga workout. Be sure to show up for yoga on the first Tuesday of the month when we’ll have sponsors there to treat you to more yummy snacks and drinks. Past sponsors include Juice Ranch, Mattole Valley Naturals, Guayaki, and Santa Barbara Bars.

Our yoga teacher is Julia Djeke, Director of Development, Donor Relations & Stewardship for UCSB and yoga instructor at Santa Barbara Yoga Center.

Our first class was a huge success (see pics from that event here). We are excited to begin offering them on a regular basis!

REMINDER: Bring your own yoga mat!

If you are unable to make it to our Tuesday classes, do not fret! We will also offer evening or Friday “bonus” classes approximately once per month. Be sure to check Bren Life often to find out when these bonus classes will be offered.
